Cgrain’s advanced AI models are trained to evaluate each grain kernel with the same level of inspection, every single time. Using high-resolution imaging and machine learning, the system can rapidly and objectively assess a wide range of quality parameters, including:

  • Wheat condition Sound, broken, black germ, moldy, fusarium-infected, sprouted, or with husk
  • Other cereals Oats, durum, barley, rye
  • Contaminants Weed seeds, impurities, and ergot

By analyzing up to 12 kernels per second, Cgrain’s technology also helps with optimizing the yeild with its detailed data of each kernel. 

Our Technology

Our patented mirror design and high-resolution imaging technology can detect all defects and impurities visible to the human eye, making it a powerful substitute for manual grain grading. Each kernel is captured in a detailed image and analyzed using advanced ANN models, developed by image analysis experts in collaboration with grain specialists. 

The analyse provide comprehensive physical data, including width, length, volume, and color of each kernel while also detecting impurities. At the same time it provides sieving data - all in a single run.
